+This undated photo shows five siblings, children of Henry Stottlemeyer Hawkins (1868-1942) and his wife Luella Virginia Padgett (1877-1956). All five were born just outside of Winchester in Frederick County, Virginia.
+From left to right: Irene O. (Hawkins) Legge (1899-1972), Lyndon Owens Hawkins Sr. (1896-1970), Gladys Odienne (Hawkins) Smith (1904-1966), Roy Benton Hawkins Sr. (1898-1971), and Wesley Woodrow Hawkins Sr. (1912-1971).
+Clothing and background indicate the photo was taken in the summer. The car in the background has been identified as a 1949 Chevy. Styles and the ages of the people suggest the 1960s. Gladys Smith died in an automobile accident in August 1966, so the photo may have been taken as late as that year. The location is unknown. At this time Roy Hawkins lived in Broadway in Rockingham County, Virginia, Irene and Lyndon were residents of Winchester, and Gladys and Wesley resided in Hagerstown, Maryland.
